President of Enhanced Benefits
I’ve spent over 35 years in the insurance and business world, but my real passion has always been working with the "engines" of our economy: the small business owner.
My journey started after graduating from Southern Illinois University, representing a private manufacturing company across the Midwest. That experience opened my eyes to the grit and dedication it takes to run a private company. Later, after navigating my way through three corporate mergers, I realized I missed the personal connection of the small business world. I spent seven years in the automotive repair industry, working directly with individuals and local owners, where I learned firsthand the daily "ups and downs" you face.
I founded Enhanced Benefits because I believe that taking care of your people shouldn’t be a headache. Voluntary and ancillary benefits should be exactly that—an enhancement to your company culture that provides value to your employees without adding a mountain of paperwork to your desk.
I’m a family man at heart. I love spending time with my wonderful wife, my two stepdaughters, and our rescued, very energetic puppy. When the weekend rolls around, you’ll usually find me watching NHL hockey or catching a college or pro football game or sitting out by the firepit!
Executive Vice President
Hi, I’m Robert Molzon—though most people just call me Bob.
With over 40 years in the transportation industry, I’ve seen just about everything. My journey started back at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, where I earned my degree in Finance. That foundation paved the way for a career built on entrepreneurship; over the years, I’ve owned and managed multiple companies, navigating the complexities of business both here at home and on an international scale.
After decades of "boots-on-the-ground" leadership, I’ve learned one universal truth: a company is only as strong as the people behind it.
Today, while I still take on selective consulting projects in the transportation world, my heart is in the work we do here at Enhanced Benefits. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between executive strategy and the real-world needs of employees. I use my experience as a former business owner to help companies design benefit programs that don't just look good on paper—they actually work for the people who keep the business running.
The Jersey Shore has been home for over 50 years, and I still love living here with my wife, Terri. But these days, you’ll frequently find us making the trip down to Baltimore, MD. Nothing beats the time I get to spend with my daughter, my son-in-law, and my grandchildren. Whether I'm tackling a high-level project or playing with the grandkids, it’s all about protecting and investing in the people who matter most.
